Tim Raines is one of the best leadoff hitters and baserunners in baseball history. He is a four-time stolen base champion, a two-time runs scored leader, the 1986 NL batting champion, and a seven-time All-Star.

With an 84.7% success rate, Raines owns the highest lifetime stolen base percentage among players with at least 300 steals. Raines ranks 5th in career stolen bases.
